Many in this field have varying degrees in STEM and veterinary medicine, but those with a high school diploma are often able to secure entry-level positions and work their way up as appropriate. Most employers offer competitive wages, benefits, and tuition reimbursement, as well as fees and materials needed to attain AALAS certification.
